Born in Renton WA raised in Louisianan and Texas! YEHAW!!!

Moved back to Washington in 1981

Growing up always wanted to go into Navy become a Marine Biologist

Always loved people and water, the animals and the plants and trees and the sky!

Moved to San Juan Islands in 2004 to work for Countrywide Home Loans

Took Naturalist class at the Whale Museum, started working on the Western Prince LOVE THAT JOB!!!!

Joined Kiwanis, Chamber of Commence, The Whale Museum, (not all at the same time)

Became board member and served as presidents but best of all got to know our wonderful community!

Last but not least…I have been taking pictures all my life. Pictures of the San Juan Islands for 25 yrs and really enjoy sharing its beauty with people and dogs!

I’ve published two photography books on the San Juan Islands.
